Brett S. Silverman serves as Of Counsel at Kaplan, DiTrapani Faria & Manin LLP, where he focuses on business law, corporate law, and bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. Over his distinguished career, Brett has represented a broad range of clients, including trustees, creditors, businesses, and corporate fiduciaries, guiding them through complex legal proceedings with precision and expertise.
Previously, Brett held senior roles, including serving as General Counsel and Vice President of Operations for Maison de Beaute, LLC, where he managed legal compliance, contracts, and operational efficiency. His extensive legal experience also includes representing chapter 7 and 11 trustees, handling creditor litigation, and advising businesses on corporate transactions and restructuring during his tenure at SilvermanAcampora LLP.
Brett is committed to supporting educational initiatives and serves as a board member for School Nationwide, a New York City-based nonprofit organization dedicated to community and education.
