Brett S. Silverman serves as Of Counsel at Kaplan, DiTrapani Faria & Manin LLP, where he focuses on business law, corporate law, and bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. Over his distinguished career, Brett has represented a broad range of clients, including trustees, creditors, businesses, and corporate fiduciaries, guiding them through complex legal proceedings with precision and expertise.

Previously, Brett held senior roles, including serving as General Counsel and Vice President of Operations for Maison de Beaute, LLC, where he managed legal compliance, contracts, and operational efficiency.
