Before joining Kaplan, DiTrapani Faria & Manin LLP, Harlan served as General Counsel for Di Giorgio Corporation/White Rose Food, where he led the legal department and oversaw significant corporate and commercial transactions.
Harlan is dedicated to giving back to his community and serves as a board member for School Nationwide, a New York City-based nonprofit organization that focuses on educational initiatives. His commitment to supporting the next generation is a driving force in his community involvement.
Outside of his legal practice, Harlan enjoys playing tennis and other racquet sports, using his competitive spirit to stay active and energized.
