John Piccinnini is a partner at Kaplan, DiTrapani Faria & Manin LLP, where he specializes in residential and commercial real estate transactions, business law, and lender representation. His expertise spans contract negotiations, transactional real estate matters, and advocating for clients in complex business dealings.
Prior to founding her firm, Rachel worked at Jared W. Beschel, PC and Goldstein Ben Ezra LLP from 2002 to 2005, gaining valuable experience in real estate transactions and client advocacy.
John began his legal career in 2011 as an associate at a regional law firm, focusing on plaintiff-side foreclosure representation and transactional real estate. In 2017, he founded Piccinnini Law, where he successfully operated as a solo practitioner for five years, honing his skills in real estate and business law before joining Kaplan, DiTrapani Faria & Manin LLP in 2022.
John is passionate about giving back to the community and is actively involved in pro bono initiatives and legal outreach programs.
