Jared Kaplan is an accomplished attorney with over 20 years of experience, specializing in residential and commercial real estate, lender representation, and commercial transactions. As the Managing Partner at Kaplan, DiTrapani Faria & Manin LLP, Jared plays a key role in managing the firm’s legal operations while delivering high-quality legal solutions. His expertise in both real estate law and lender representation allows him to guide clients through intricate real estate transactions with ease.
Before founding Kaplan, DiTrapani Faria & Manin LLP, Jared worked at a major New York City law firm, where he gained valuable experience in commercial transactions and real estate law. In addition to his role at the firm, Jared has been General Counsel for Appellate Land Services since 2008, further solidifying his reputation as a leader in the real estate sector.
Jared is deeply committed to his community and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Children’s Medical Fund. He is also involved with the University of Maryland Athletic Association, where he continues to contribute to the growth and success of the athletics program.
Jared was an Academic Honor Roll student during his time at the University of Maryland, where he balanced his studies with his involvement in athletics and Sigma Alpha Mu.
Jared’s personal interests include tennis, which he played competitively at the University of Maryland. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying connected to the real estate and legal communities.
