Jared Kaplan is an accomplished attorney with over 20 years of experience, specializing in residential and commercial real estate, lender representation, and commercial transactions. As the Managing Partner at Kaplan, DiTrapani Faria & Manin LLP, Jared plays a key role in managing the firm’s legal operations while delivering high-quality legal solutions. His expertise in both real estate law and lender representation allows him to guide clients through intricate real estate transactions with ease.

Before founding Kaplan, DiTrapani Faria & Manin LLP, Jared worked at a major New York City law firm, where he gained valuable experience in commercial transactions and real estate law. In addition to his role at the firm, Jared has been General Counsel for Appellate Land Services since 2008, further solidifying his reputation as a leader in the real estate sector.
